Post FFS Jam progress


FFS game jam gave me a successful opportunity to Finnish my first game. After I published the first prototype version a saw potential in the little product I built. The new version of the game include the following updates:

  • Complete re-design of the game UI.
  • Fixing all known bugs.
  • Complete re-design of the map generation system.
  • FPS counter for testing on various devices during the prototype phase.
  • Refined difficulty scaling.
  • Tile walls will not immediately kill the player but bounce them while removing a small portion of energy.
  • Improved effects.

More updates is still to come with more improvements, quality of life updates and new features. The next milestone of the project is set to be an Alpha of sort where I hope to get the  game in a state it is acceptable as a fun and complete game.
